"John" - It is a thing in woodturning to make a crazy teapot. This teapot was inspired by someone I knew, a larger than life figure, full of vitality, energy, and vigour. However, sometimes those amongst us who shine the brightest have their lights extinguished far too soon.

Curly Western Red Cedar body with Burled Alaskan Yellow Cedar accents. Purpleheart spout, African Blackwood feet, Ziricote and Citrine handle, with a Lignum Vitae and Redheart topper. While technically functional, this should be considered a static artistic display.
